A conveyor belt that more than pays for itself
A conveyor belt that more than pays for itself
The Clean Conveyor Belt has aΒ lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Β compared to traditional transport systems. This maximum production efficiency at a low TCO is due to:
Limited wear
and tear
Thanks to minimal friction between moving parts, the installation lasts longer than traditional transport systems.
Safe working environment
Fewer rotating parts and no contamination from hazardous substances reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
Spill-free transport
Achieve internal bulk transport without contamination. You avoid cleaning costs because materials do not end up in the surrounding environment.
No time-consuming maintenance
Because the conveyor belt is spill-free, the running and drive mechanisms cannot become contaminated, helping you avoid downtime.
Maximum productivity
Looking for greater process stability? It's possible with the CCB. With fewer maintenance interventions needed, you benefit from higher uptime.
How does the CCB work?
Geysen collaborated with partners from the chemical, pharmaceutical, recycling, and agricultural sectors to come up with a truly βoutside-the-boxβ solution:
the patented design of the Clean Conveyor Belt moves the belt outside the housing:
- A labyrinth seal at the top and bottom
- Minimal contamination thanks to lid and flap sealing
- Belt runs over a sliding plate and returns via guides with cords
- Fewer moving parts & no dirt buildup on drive rollers

Veilig transportsysteem in ATEX-explosiezones

Winner of the BEMAS Innovation Award
In March 2022, the Clean Conveyor Belt from Geysen Group won the BEMAS Innovation Award.
The jury report was highly positive:
βGeysen approached the problem with an open mind. Good problem detection led to the smart solution we see today.β
