Bruno a ainsi travaill\u00e9 sur un navire de guerre anglais \u00e0 Londres et Salvatore a pu exercer totalement sa passion en tant que tourneur et fraiseur. Pour que le technicien et le client s\u2019accordent parfaitement, les int\u00e9r\u00eats et comp\u00e9tences du technicien sont toujours pris en compte. Le technicien se sent ainsi bien \u00e0 son poste de travail. Vous aimeriez \u00e9voluer vers une autre fonction ? Il est alors possible de d\u00e9buter en tant que chef de projet ou coach sur le terrain.<\/p><p>Les profils techniques resteront des profils tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Salvatore donne quelques conseils aux jeunes techniciens : \u00ab Geysen s\u00e9lectionne ses techniciens avec soin et n\u2019accepte pas n\u2019importe qui. Si vous avez la chance d\u2019avoir un entretien, ne la laissez pas passer. Bruno, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 il y a trente ans en tant que deuxi\u00e8me collaborateur chez Geysen, se rem\u00e9more quelques moments forts : \u00ab J\u2019ai de tr\u00e8s beaux souvenirs lors de f\u00eates organis\u00e9es par Geysen, comme notre sortie au parc Pairi Daiza. Il y a longtemps de cela, lorsque nous n\u2019\u00e9tions encore que trente salari\u00e9s, nous avons \u00e9galement pass\u00e9 un week-end dans les Ardennes pour un d\u00e9licieux d\u00eener gastronomique. Les journ\u00e9es en famille sont aussi toujours formidables. \u00bb<\/p><p>Chez leurs clients, les techniciens se sentent aussi les bienvenus. En tant que technicien, vous travaillez souvent avec deux \u00e9quipes diff\u00e9rentes : les coll\u00e8gues de Geysen et les collaborateurs fixes du client. Cela a permis \u00e0 Salvatore de se faire pas mal d&#8217;amis. \u00ab Je vais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement boire un verre avec les collaborateurs fixes de mon client. Je suis \u00e9galement invit\u00e9 aux s\u00e9ances de teambuilding. C\u2019est aussi agr\u00e9able d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les coll\u00e8gues de Geysen pendant le teambuilding.
